Returns & Refund Policy
At Kodoko Gurkha Distillery, we take immense pride in the quality of our authentic millet Rakshi. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your bottle arrives damaged or the product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@kodoko.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including delivery costs, as quickly as possible.
2. Change of Mind Returns
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund (excluding the original delivery charge) within 14 days.
3. Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, unless the product is proven to be faulty.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can pause or cancel your quarterly Rakshi subscription at any time. However, if a routine subscription payment has already been processed and the item dispatched, that specific order is subject to the standard 14-day return policy for unopened items outlined above.
