1. Age & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase any alcoholic products from Kodoko.
By proceeding with a purchase or subscription, you confirm that you are 18+.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where age cannot be verified upon delivery. Delivery personnel operate under a "Challenge 25" policy and must ask for ID if a recipient appears under 25.

2. Subscription Terms

Our subscription operates on a Monthly billing cycle, you are billed every month from the date of the first payment.
You may cancel at any time via email or WhatsApp before the next billing date.
No refunds are provided on the current month once a delivery has been dispatched.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice provided to the subscriber.
Delivery takes place on Thursdays of the 1st week of every month.

3. Sample Terms

A £2.5 elivery charge applies to cover Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service.
Samples are non-refundable and limited to one per person/address.
You must be 18+ to order a sample.

4. Delivery Policy

Deliveries are strictly to UK mainland addresses only (initially prioritising Kent).
Delivered via Royal Mail or an assigned courier.
Someone 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery.
Failed delivery: the item will be returned to the sender after 2 attempts. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery costs.
The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

For damaged or incorrect items, a full refund or replacement will be provided if reported within 14 days of receipt.
No returns are accepted on correctly delivered, undamaged products.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 working days via the original payment method.

6. Waiting List Terms

Joining the waiting list is completely free and non-binding.
A 15% first-quarter discount is valid only at the time of launch for your specified area.
We do not guarantee launch dates for any specific area.
